2DDilara Taşdemir was born in 1993, Istanbul. In 2016 she graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University Cinema & Television department. In 2018, she completed her Master's Degree in Fashion Styling & Visual Merchandising at Domus Academy. After starting her career in Milan, she decided to continue her projects in Istanbul. The artist intensified her education in visual arts by starting to work on figurative paintings and sculpture. Working on themes such as childhood, spatial and spiritual exclusion in her works, the artist aims to give life to the figures she creates by deforming them.
