ZÜLAL ÇİZMECİ
2DZülal Çizmeci (İzmir, 1989) completed her undergraduate and graduate programs at Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Traditional Turkish Arts. She continues her master's degree in the Art and Design department of the same school. By taking part with her works in important exhibitions Art On Istanbul'24, Czech Republic 21st Jazz Dance Collage Festival'24, Base'21. Kolaj Magazine'24, Paris Collage Collective'24, Contemporary Collage Magazine'23, Suboart Magazine'23, Vogue Turkey'21 contributed to the fields of art such as with her works.
In her productions, Zülal Çizmeci focuses on the human mind and questions the mental and physical effects of the individual on all circles in the universe, as well as abstract and concrete problems. She produces collage, mixed media works and paper sculptures. The main material she uses is paper, and he makes analog and digital manipulations with old magazines and photographs, marbling art and dry and pastel paints.
